Qualcomm has proudly announced a ground breaking speed achievement on frequencies below 6 GHz, reaching an impressive maximum speed of 7.5 Gbps. In theory, with this setup, you could have downloaded a 2-hour movie in stunning 4K UHD resolution in a mere 38 seconds.
To accomplish this remarkable feat, Qualcomm harnessed a total spectrum of 300 MHz, utilizing carrier aggregation with 4 TDD channels in the downlink, combined with an advanced 1024 QAM amplitude modulation. "These capabilities of the Snapdragon X75 result in enhanced user experiences, faster download speeds, increased network capacity, and improved spectral efficiency," as described by Qualcomm in their statement.
