Xiaomi has officially confirmed the presentation date for its upcoming foldable Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 smartphone, and it's just around the corner. The announcement is scheduled for this Monday, August 14th, in China.
Official Insights Prior to the Reveal
Although the conference is set for the beginning of next week, Lei Jun, the CEO and founder of Xiaomi, has shared some details, starting with official images of the phone. These images reveal the inclusion of a LEICA camera module comprising four sensors, along with a hinge that boasts a relatively discreet profile. Lei Jun mentioned that this hinge is 12% thinner than the one on the Mix Fold 2.
Regarding the technical specifications, several key details have been confirmed. The main 8.03-inch screen is said to exhibit a brightness of 2,600 cd/m2, promising excellent outdoor visibility. Furthermore, it features a 2K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120 Hz.
